All foreigners visiting India on more than 180 days Medical Visa are needed to get themselves registered with the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer (FRRO) intending at the place of their stay, inside 14 days of their arrival. However, Pakistan nationals are needed to register within twenty four hours of their reaching to India.
Supporting Documents to be Given in Online for Accessing these Services
a) Applicant’s Photograph
b) Submit Photo Page, Page with validity, Page having arrival Stamp of Indian Immigration and Visa with endorsement
c) Form C copy of Hotel Accommodation or Lodge Stay or Electricity bill or Landline Telephone or Municipal Bill of the present landlord in scenario of accommodation in a house of a friend or a relative along with a photo ID card or a signed letter of the landlord.
d) In holding of a rented accommodation copy of the Lease and License agreement the first and the last page along with the page having its full validity will be required.
e) Letter of a recognized hospital where medical treatment is being taken will be needed.
